Yes, as long as the test kit is unopened and unused. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@mijntestendiagnostiek.nl to register the return. We will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the package.

Yes, that's possible. Preferably, cut a lock of hair close to the scalp, preferably unprocessed. Lightly colored hair won't affect the result.
